Are You Tired All The Time?

ENERGY vs. TIREDNESS –

Do you have enough energy to get you through the day without feeling tired?  Or do you wake up tired and struggle to get through the day?  Your energy or lack of energy is directly related to what you eat and what it takes to digest and process the food you consume.

Unprocessed simple foods like fruits and vegetables are a lot easier for the body to digest, process, and supply the energy you need to live your daily life than processed foods like bread, pasta, dairy, and meat.  A diet of processed food will slow you down because the energy required to digest and process that kind of food is much higher than the energy it takes to digest and process real food like fruits and vegetables.

You can easily prove this to be true by doing a simple experiment.  For 3 days, only eat easy to digest food like fruits and vegetables and document how you feel.  Then for another 3 days eat heavy processed foods like processed grains, pasta, dairy, and meat (like lasagna with garlic bread) and document how you feel.

You will experience an amazing difference with your energy levels.  Not only is the good food easier to digest and turn into energy but the nutrients will be many times more than what is in the processed foods.  Living foods (plants) are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and nutrients while most of the nutrients in dead foods have been processed out.  One of the reasons people have a tendency to overeat is because their bodies are not getting enough nutrients.

Your health is worth it.  After you experience the difference between the two diets, you can then choose whether you want to be full of energy or tired and fatigued all day.  One way that works for some of the people we coach, is too eat good for as long as possible during the first part of the day and then eat the heavier foods later in the day.  If you eat heavy during the morning, it is more difficult to eat better later on.    Stay Healthy! Or Get Healthy!
