Take time off to drive to the organic farm near you and buy your fruits, vegetables and meat directly from the farm. Since the farm owner had not incurred expenses in packing and transporting the goods to the supermarket and the grocery, the farmer may even give you a discount on your purchases.

On the other hand, if you love gardening and you have some space in your backyard for planting vegetables, it would be better for you to grow your own vegetables. Growing your own vegetables will ensure that you have plenty of supplies of organic baby food.
