The acai berry is very dark purple, grows on a tree, the size of a grape, and is sweeping the globe in a huge way. It’s spelled A-C-A-I and often mispronounced. For the record it’s pronounced ‘ah-sigh-ee’. Say it with me…ah-sigh-ee, feels like taking a deep breath doesn’t it?
