As you know, there are so much incorrect info pertaining to weight loss, we want to help you understand how your body really works.Many struggling with obesity blame themselves for lack of discipline or willpower. We can have perfect eating habits, but the real problem is the food supply. What we should be eating is Natural Organic Foods 

The fast food INdustry along with the processed food industries are serving it up, and Americans are eating it, and wide spread obesity along with the complications of chronic disease is the result of this dynamic. From that point, one is pushed toward the highly profitable pharmaceutical industry. Pills are given that alleviate our symptoms while the simple underlying causes are ignored.What incentive does the pharmaceutical industry have to focus on any type of prevention?  If disease rates decreased, so would their profits. 

We do need to use willpower. But the American food supply is largely to blame. Your grocery store is overflowing with processed  foods and sugar laden  drinks.The Restaurant industry offers you little more than high fat, super sized meals and high calorie all-you-can-eat buffets that all contain more calories than your body could possibly can handle.The average American’s stomach has been stretched 2 or 3 times its normal size and now has to eat more to feel full. 

The processed foods have caused your body’s nutritional system to become clogged, confused, and then locked into stroingfat-storing.  If you’re like most people, you’ve tried it all but nothing seems to work.

Exercise itself seems to help pump up your body’s utilization of leptin, a naturally-occurring hormone that affects appetite and metabolism. Researchers attribute it to activity making the body tissues more receptive to the hormone. You will want to eat less thanks to the mood elevation and burn more calories because of the activity.
